Both shows were “one night only” events, each attracting over 200 people and each boasting near-complete sell-outs of all the art showcased. The shows gathered high acclaim within the global graffiti/street art scene, as well as mainstream coverage in various newspapers, online, and on television, with spots on CNN and NY1.
“Servants Of The Crown, Keepers Of The Sign” was an event showcasing the fusion of Gasparro’s passions. Art and Music. A full solo art show culminating with a full musical performance. A true celebration of creativity.

Gasparro will release his second book “KOLORSTORM – The Art Of Louie ‘KR.ONE’ Gasparro.”
NYC graffiti art, heavy metal, comic books, and fantasy art intersect in this visual autobiography. Gasparro weaves these powerful influences into a medium he calls “Graffantasy” creating tags, wall pieces, paintings and illustrations, model trains, jackets, and more. A modern Renaissance man, the book covers Gasparro’s work from 1977 to the present and traces his evolution from his adolescent days watching bombed subway cars whirring by in a KOLORSTORM, to his underground period tagging trains and evading cops, to his legal works and whole–school buses. Starting with a scrapbook-like photo collection from Gasparro’s youth, and his other career as the drummer of several heavy metal bands, the book moves on to elaborate sketches from the artist’s black books, and colorful concert posters and album covers. Through a stunning array of styles and techniques, witness KR.ONE’s transformation from restless punk to the major decorative artist and abstract painter.”
