Dozie Arts were founded by Vincent Chidozie Ugokwe, Nigerian by birth and from the Eastern part of Nigeria. The name DozieArts was coined from my middle name Chidozie “Good Keeps “. Mr. Dozie was born in Aba, Abia State but migrated to the U.S in 2006 at the age of 13. A graduate of St Johns University with a major in Finance. I decided to start this company after my visit to Nigeria this year after 10 years of being away from home. I was truly inspired by the works I saw from the local artist.
