“Goliath”, Homeless Artists and those affected by homelessness”, June 6th, 2019

New York, NY May 31, 2019. Off the Margins will be hosting their first inaugural event, an art gallery for homeless artists and those affected by homelessness. The show “Goliath” will run from June 6-8th at One Art Space at 23 Warren Street, Tribeca, NY

“Off the margins” has curated original artworks from 15+ artist and guest of The Bowery Mission. All artwork debuted at the gallery will be for sale and proceeds will go directly to the artists and to “The Bowery Mission”.

“Off the margins” was started as a school project by recent SVA alumni Jason Branch to raise funds for artists affected by homelessness across New York while providing them a platform to share their story with a broader audience. The Kickstarter campaign raised $4,200 from 82 backers

Friday, June 7th at 6:00 pm that features a discussion about the state of homelessness in NY.
