From April 7th  to 13th, New York City, in the United States, receives 20 Brazilian designers from Collect Brazilian Jewelry for an exhibition of contemporary and authorial jewelry at the One Art Space Gallery.

The group consists of jewelers Alice Mendes, Ana Gradin, Antônio Henrique, Berta Antunes, Carol Poubel, Dina Noebauer, Gloria Corbetta, Dorine Botana, Leila Fraga, Luisa Stein, Maria Antonelle, Patrícia Madeja, Pedro Yossef, Samara Rais, Sandra Guarnieri , Sarah Argana, Sebastián Galina, Telma Aguiar, Tércia Desidere and Vera Homsi.

This edition celebrates the empowerment of women and the pieces represent their strength and security. Each artist has the mission of, through her jewelry, to awaken the desire to have something unique and with its own personality. According to the designer and curator, Dorine Botana Collect Brazilian Jewelry, “she wants the woman to find an authorial jewel that elevates her self-esteem and that makes her feel ready to reinvent herself at any stage of life.” – Alice Mendes
