Cope 2 is a world-renowned graffiti legend who first saw action as a graffiti writer in 1978-1982 during the height of the subway era in New York City. Entirely self-taught and hailing from the Bronx, Cope 2 became the king of the 4 line in 1982 and was the founder and leader of a crew called Kings Destroy. Cope 2 is famous for his bubble letters and wildstyle of graffiti, which he incorporates into his abstract paintings on to scale from mural to canvas as skillfully as an ambidextrous artist with a pen and paper
